Sanitary Pad Rash Go Away in 5..4..3..!

March 20, 2015

As if the PMS and sore backs aren't enough! For many women, their monthly visitor brings rashes too! Many factors may cause irritation to your sensitve lady bits. It may be caused by chemicals or materials in the pad, chaffing, moisture, heat, and other factors. Here are some things you can do to get rapid relief or prevent them.

5. CHANGE PADS MORE OFTEN

Constant contact with moisture may cause irritation and rash. Keep the area fresh and dry by changing pads more often.

4. CHANGE TO UNBLEACHED COTTON PADS

The plastic surface of some pads may cause chaffing. Or perhaps you're sensitive to the chemicals on the pad. Switch to a different brand, unscented pad, or switch to a cotton-covered pad.

3. WEAR COTTON UNDERWEAR & LOOSE CLOTHING

When you wear tight pants or synthetic underwear, heat might get trapped in your sensitive area. This may cause heat rash. Get better air flow by switching to natural fabrics and loose clothing.

2. WASH WITH FRAGRANCE-FREE SOAP

Lessen irritation by washing with fragrance-free soap and warm water. Or fragrance-free feminine wash.

1. GET LONG LASTING PROTECTION WITH BEBEBALM

Get rapid relief from sanitary pad rash. How? The damaged skin have micro gaps in its skin lipids barrier, which makes skin more prone to irritation. Bebebalm gives long lasting protection by helping restore the skin lipid barrier. This super nourishing moisturizer is also quickly absorbed, nourishing skin with much-needed skin nutrients. Skin gets healthier, and healthy skin heals itself better.

RELIEVE RASH. Dab (do not rub) a generous dollop of Bebebalm on the cleansed area. Reapply every pad change.

PREVENT RASH. Once the rash has cleared up, manage sensitive skin properly by regularly applying a thin layer of Bebebalm on cleansed skin. This will help protect skin from chaffing, moisture, and other irritations.

*Thanks to the ladies who sent us reviews on sanitary pad rash. They saw how quickly Bebebalm soothed diaper rash and tried it on themselves. It worked! It also does not stain clothing.

SEE A DOCTOR

If the rash gets worse, or if symptoms persists for a 3-4 days, or if there are signs of infections, go see a doctor immediately. It could potentially be a more serious issue. You may need medical treatment.
