Decades of Tough grease gone in minutes

When we moved homes, we unscrewed the kitchen exhaust fan. It was coated with decades of sticky cooking grease. Curious, I sprayed UNDO, left it for a few minutes.... IT. WIPED. OFF. EASILY. Wow!
