I felt sleepy after 15-20 minutes.

My mind was churning out random stuff again (the reason for my insomnia lol) but I fell asleep anyway. Yay! I used Bebebalm Bebesleep last night!I applied 2 sprays each on my temples, upper back, sides of the upper neck area, and oo the soles of my feet. I felt sleepy after 15-20 minutes.
