Where's its Origin?
It is a brand from the Philippines. The plant ingredients are sourced globally; the Organic Virgin Coconut Oil is from the Philippines, the Fine Lavender is from France, and so on. These ingredients are mixed in China in facilities with world-class certifications.

We can ship internationally to some countries, even small packages. Take note that International shipping has a minimum weight of 1 Kg, usually. For cost efficiency, we suggest you stock up on more items to maximize the weight and the discounts or freebies that come with your bulk buy.

What's the Return Policy?
Our products have a seal inside for your protection. If seal is broken or if product is damaged upon arrival, return and message us within 7 calendar days. We will send a replacement product.
How fast is shipping?
The package is prepared within 48 hours after payment, from Mondays to Fridays. Orders after 4:30PM is prepared the next working day.

Local Shipping usually take 1-4 days. International delivery depends on courier option chosen.
The pandemic may affect timetable or areas for delivery. We try our best to stay safe and efficient.
Allergen Warning
Like all skincare products, test on a small skin area before use, to check for allergy or skin sensitivity. We try our best to source gentler ingredients, but every skin is different. Check the full ingredients list too.
Is there Steroids or Medicine inside?
Gosh NO. These nourishing moisturizers help skin get healthier. They are fab for daily skin maintenance and for soothing. They do not contain medicine, they are not meant to replace medical treatment.

Can they be used together with medicine?
The products are moisturizers, they do not contain medicine, they cannot replace medical treatment.
Generally, they may be used to moisturize skin in tandem with medicine, as long as there is no sensitivity, allergies, nor contraindications to the ingredients. Test on a small skin area before use.

Are there Paraben, DEET, Silicone, Phthalates, SLS, BHT, Melatonin inside?
Nope. We made these for our babies and our loved ones. One of the reasons we developed our own products is to avoid these.
What's the shelf life?
Our unopened products usually have a shelf life of 3 years, depending on which product, when properly stored in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.

As with any skincare, once a product is opened the lifespan shortens due to contamination after opening. Such as double dipping with fingers. To keep products fresh, use a clean scooper.

We suggest you use up the products within 12 months upon opening. If you’re using a jar for diaper care or a more “dirty” area, it is better to use a separate jar for delicate areas such as the face or lips.
Do the products need Refrigeration?
No need. Just store it in a cool, dry, place away from direct sunlight. Ideally in 25C (room temperature).

If the balm is left in a hot car and it melts, stir it with a clean spoon and put in the refrigerator or in a cool room It will re-solidify. Use it up faster, because heat or temperature fluctuation may affect a product’s lifespan.
