Boob Food: Cookie Recipe

Don’t cry over spilled milk. Unless it’s breastmilk, then definitely cry over it. I didn’t have enough breastmilk so it took me lots of soups, supplements, and massages to increase my breastmilk supply. One of my favorites was eating Breastmilk Booster Cookies, which help improve lactation.

Yes, it can be eaten by everyone. No, your husband or kids won’t magically squirt breastmilk. But you can claim it will, if they keep finishing your yummy stash (we won’t tell!)

The reasons why the ingredients in this recipe work so well are here. It also has a list of other Boob Food ingredients you may wish to add.
