Absolut Cocktails turned into Summer Party Skin Care
Absolut Vodka’s 2018 Summer Block Party tour in China invited a select list of brands to collaborate--from skincare to fragrance to ice cream. Ranging from big brands (Hello Haagen Dazs) to the up-and-coming such as Bebebalm.
Our brief was to create a lipbalm gift for VIP guests. We proposed to do something more talk-worthy, to turn Absolut cocktails into skincare essentials for outdoor parties.
We started creation based on a need. Bar hopping in summer meant finger foods; but it’s inconvenient to keep lining up the washroom to wash hands. People hang outdoors where bugs feast. Of course, we’ve got to get everyone’s puckers ready to party. We took summer’s most popular Absolut cocktails, and studied which cocktail ingredients can solve the needs. Ta-Dah! ABSOLUTE ESSENTIALS
ABSOLUT COSMOPOLITAN HAND SANITIZER
When the party gets dirty, come clean!
It’s made of Absolut Vodka, pure essential oils that match the ingredients of a cosmo. We even infused real cranberries to get the pink color right! No artificial colorings!
ABSOLUT ESPRESSO MARTINI LIPBALM
Get your smoochers ready to party!
It’s made from coffee grounds from the cocktail, combined with the super nourishing Bebebalm stick!
ABSOLUT LIME OUTDOOR SPRAY
Nothing to bug your best night out.
It’s a cocktail of lime and a liquid spray version of our Bebebugs.
The gift set was right on the money!
Absolut got lots of positive word of mouth. On social media, partygoers wrote they never thought cocktails can be turned into party skincare, they even suggested new possibilities.
This positivity led to Bebebalm being featured on Absolut’s weibo.

GARDEN WEDDING PARTY GIVEAWAY
The groom is a long time Bebeliever, who love Bebebalm and Bebebugs from head to toe. For his garden wedding at Aman Resort, he wanted to arm his guests with Bebebugs to calm bug bites and well, protect them from being bug buffet in the first place. He also wanted them to have Bebebalm, his favorite for his lips. Bebebalm Lab custom designed the labels to look like the couple.And added cheeky copy, “True Love’s Kiss” and “7 Year Itch-free” to match both the wedding and the products.

When Mead Johnson approached us for their Mom Members Circle, we were excited and humbled. When families go out, moms tend carry the whole house in their giant bags. We crafted a mini travel jar set that they can easily put in their purse or pocket.
